Wakes up everyone!!! It is time to stand up and start!!! If u have no idea about what start Im just talking … WELL – holidays, summer, beach, handsome guys and beautiful girls and there is your time to take off your clothes AND wear BIKINIS! There we go.

The best what you can do to do not only look great and healthy but also feel like that :

  1.  Morning!
    Every morning first what you should do is to drink at least 0,5l of water with lemon!
    Why lemon? Not only cause its yummmyyy but- Cause: The health benefits of lemon include its use as a treatment of throat infections, indigestion, constipation, dental problems, and fever, internal bleeding, rheumatism, burns, obesity, respiratory disorders, cholera and high blood pressure, while it also benefits hair and skin care,helps to strengthen your immune system, cleanse your stomach, and it is considered a blood purifier, it is also used as treatment for kidney stones, reducing strokes and lowering body temperature. As a refreshing drink, lemonade helps you to stay calm and cool, contains vitamin C, vitamin B, phosphorous, proteins, and carbohydrates.
    And all of this for such a small affort – takes you 5 minutes to prepare gives you 2826229227292 min more to live!
  2. Excercise
    For me excercise in the morning is the worst. Thats why I usually go in the evening around 8pm cause I feel much more powerful in those late hours. This is about a gym. BUT! I know so many people they hate gym generally! OK no problem there is also solution for you. Fast walking is the best cardio! Tomorrow morning wake up 30 min earlier and walk to your job. There is your workout for a day. And even better when you have a dog to walk or the best friend to join you. Do not let yourself become lazy!
  3. Rule 12am
    Ok Im aware of that we also need to treat our selfs of course! And when you do it till 12am even better! My rule is that everything what is really tempting for me I save for next morning and I eat it before 12. After Im happy and looking forward for the other day so I can treat myself again
  4. Skin care
    Using the right body cream is a really important thing! I buy only one type and it is a totally pure one from pharmacy with no additions. You need a doctor prescription for that one but you can get it without problems. And after removing your make up ALWAYS wash your face with cold water. Do not let any of those products disturb your beautiful face during a night.
  5. Honey honey
    I use it for everything ! It is the best antioxidant you can have so If you have dry lips just put it on! Make a face mask, body mask, hair mask,honey yourself! You will love it. And my favourite treat: nuts with honey on top! Try it and after this snack you will not need a chocolate anymore cause it is that sweet that it will keep you satisfied. Try to use honey instead of sugar.

    + smile and kiss someone you love
